By creating safe, meaningful experiences around the water, we inspire confidence, resilience, environmental stewardship, and a sense of connection to the outdoors.

Our mission is to open pathways into the maritime world while building the next generation of anglers, captains, stewards of maritime life, and industry leaders.
Youth Opportunities
From water safety and fishing to boating and conservation, our seminars, meetups, and guidebook give youth the knowledge and inspiration to engage with the ocean in meaningful ways.
We are especially committed to reaching young people from underserved backgrounds, ensuring access to opportunities that have historically been out of reach.
